Julia has many years of experience in the fitness field. She swam at the college level, and has spent over a decade coaching gymnastics. She was selected as Wisconsin’s Coach of the Year for Male Gymnastics in 2010. She has worked with numerous State & Regional Individual and Team Champions and National level gymnasts. She also has been the Conditioning Coach for a National Champion cheerleading team.
Her personal training clients have spanned numerous age ranges, from 6 years old to 90 years old. Personal training allows more accountability, a more specific workout and a deeper understanding of the client’s goals.
Julia has been the personal trainer for clients focusing on specific sports: gymnastics, cheerleading, ice skating, cycling, running, golf, and soccer. She has also trained competitors for Miss Figure and Miss Fitness competitions.
Julia has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Social Work.
